Excuse me for telling you, but your article promotes religious discrimination and that is not something for people to admire and follow. I'm not a Muslim and do not support the building of the mosque. And if you would read a few articles on the Internet, you would probably know that 9/11 was not a terrorist job, but actually an inside job from genuine Americans that wanted to make a profit and of course promote some political interests...

Green construction is a real challenge today, but I see many construction companies doing it really easy. I guess that in the end, you just need to want such a project to be your home. Many people today choose green housing projects so they help the environment. Some can't afford and some don't care, but my opinion is that the majority can do it.

Realtors would like such loans because renovating increases the price of the property they are trying to resell and owners would be very happy because sometimes you just need to renovate and you aren't able to put all the money down at once.
