I believe this was my Aunts house, she passed in the early 70's. I think my mom sold the house for $50k at the time. Rocking awesome house! filled with secret passageways and hidden rooms. (I was just a kid so I might be exaggerating :)

I noticed the featured images are distorted, even yours, I added this to the functions:
add_filter( 'post_thumbnail_html', 'remove_thumbnail_dimensions', 10 );
add_filter( 'image_send_to_editor', 'remove_thumbnail_dimensions', 10 );

3 years ago I stopped washing my hair on a daily basis, first every other day, then every 3, then 4... now I wash my hair about every 3 months or so. I do rinse it most days. Results my hair is not greasy, is more healthy. I always check with my girlfriend asking if I need to wash my hair, her response is always, no it smells and looks good. I should also mention that I stopped wearing deodorant 10 years or so, same results as not washing your hair, so long as you shower daily.

Have you tried compression socks? Long flights without much movement is part of the jet lag culprit, compression socks helps to keep your blood flowing. You can usually find them in running stores. And lots of water.

I haven't gone the fuel route yet but I have been wearing a fitbit for about a year and a half, logged almost 6 million steps for about 3,000 miles. the rare day I forget it home charging, I take cabs!

Leaks:
1. my ADD; I get easily distracted, trying to work on this, I did meditation and biofeedback for a few years but for some reason stopped. It helped so I'm going to try getting back in that habit.
2. Insomnia; delt with it all my adult life
3. Drinking to much; it does help with number 2
4. Haters; partially taken care of but needs to be fully eradicated
5. Email;
6. Facebook;
7. Twitter;
8. Photography; while I love taking the pictures and that doesn't seem to be a leak, processing, uploading and tagging seems to consume a lot of time.
9. Fear; Mostly of letting people down, but it also paralyzes and in turn people get let down...

Im sure there are more... nice post as usual!

I've been using 1password for a couple of years, I find it invaluable, I never have to remember more than a single password. Plus it has an iPhone app so you passwords are portable. Also has secure notes so you can record things like bank account numbers.

I use paypal all the time, I agree that their brand has tarnished edges that they don't seem to be trying to fix. I'm in the middle of building an ecommerce site and was leaning away from paypal, but changed my thoughts to allow a choice when checking out, paypal, google, amazon. It will be interesting over time to see what people prefer.

I think your slide 14 and 15 are pretty close to reality, typical traditional being maybe 2-7% of the entire buy (I could never quite understand this). The earned, I would think that the media buy would still be higher, just not in the whacked proportion of the traditional.

I also think that Earned Media platforms like slideshare and Empressr (oh btw, Empressr does video/audio embedded in slides) are great places to run earned media campaigns
