Having created several sites with reputation systems and leaderboards, I am particularly keen to get it right on my next big project. I do believe that this tool for motivation can be very powerful, so for me, it's a matter of  of harnessing the system towards a positive good (better the world, better yourself, etc).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd be keen to discover a better approach for motivating and achieving all the positive aspects of leaderboards without the inherent downsides.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">BrianSe7en</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 02 Jan 2009 14:51:38 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
