Are any Republicans or NRA nuts here willing to comment on the FACT that gun laws in this country are so weak that they allow criminals to buy THOUSANDS of weapons and sell them to violent cartels across the border and the NRA is helping them do it?

There is a big difference between "covering something up" and protecting several ongoing investigations that convicted criminal Darrel Issa would rather compromise than respect. Issa himself admitted last weekend he has no evidence the White House is covering ANYTHING up.

Are the right wingers more upset that Holder won't break the law by releasing documents they demand to see for no other reason than convicted criminal Darrel Issa needs to be in front of TV cameras, or the fact that their insistence on weak gun laws allow literally THOUSANDS of guns to be sent across the border every day? Brian Terry's family should ask the NRA and Republican Party those questions if they want to know why their son is dead.

Blu Homes and Clayton (iHouse) seem to be in the best position as far as prefab goes. I hope they both stick around long enough for us to buy one in a few years!

The benefit of prefab is not "speed" only. For many it is worth paying more to know that the building of their home is not going to generate tons of waste. Like anything else, prefab construction is subject to the same economic factors as anything else that is new and innovative. In time, economies of scale with make it more affordable.

I agree with the consensus that it is ridiculous to call this "green" if you have it shipped across the ocean, but just judging the design itself, I am very impressed. I love everything about it. Lots of natural light! It's hard to believe this is a prefab home.
