The investigation has been completed and the report's conclusiuons are published.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Let's be absolutely clear.  It has nothing to do with anyone's conscience.  The Commission's report found that the Catholic church in Ireland covered up a huge crime.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Forget about bishops resigning.  It's irrelevant.
