Shows companies can participate, if not "own outright" a social network that is devoted to serving its customers, clients, suppliers and employees.  Each constituent group has common interests that you outline very clearly in your article..transparency, authenticity, openness, avoiding pure marketing plays, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Trust is the key word to all of the above.
