This is simply a water source heat pump that functions on electricity.The electricity use to run this system is significant. Seems that they are still low on the "green " learning curve.
Where they are high on the learning curve is how to get thousenads of dollars of free money from the government.

I observed this convoy yesterday on 128.
The State Police blocked 128 @ 1A for 15 minutes anticipating arrival of this convoy. The police escort also blocked traffic on 128 from Beverly to Bedford . What was the point ? Did they expect a terrorist attack?

The Salem News ought to do a little more research prior to publishing a editorial that makes them look foolish.
This property was market for many months as a potential sub division with plans available.
This was hardly a nice gift. The tax benefits probably exceeded the value of the "gift".

Are the Marblehead Police really this inept ?
Or is this a setup for another friend of Blodgett to have the charges tossed. Seems that the chase started at the home of a local Attorney and Selectmen ,and it appears that his daughter was in the car.

Maybe a bar with pool tables and adult entertainment at the upper level. They could call it the Golden Press Box . Beverly downtown needs an attraction and this would create a vibrant downtown.
They would have to create motorcycle size spaces in the garage to accomodate these uses.

Jubilee or boat owners in a small portion of Beverly Harbor pay excise and mooring taxes to Salem . Salem was claiming middle of the channel as the boundery and were proven wrong.

This is not an issue of needing a garage . It is an issue of building a garage somewhere to satisfy a judgement in a suit brought by the CLF related to the Big Dig .
