If she is attempting to show her investigative reporting skills, she ought to consider being a full-time stay at home mom instead...

Seriously.

Not getting a touch up and being on camera was a nice touch for Soledad... *snark*

Soledad trying to adopt a "ghetto pose" in the photo with Malaak was a bit too much of an attempt to show "see? I'm black, I'm really black! See?".... {yawn}

Try harder, Soledad... please.

Thanks for discussing this special report, though! I won't be expecting much from part two... the segment on pioneers has a spot with Tyler Perry... are they SERIOUS??

I'd like to have more positive reactions to share.... but there was so much lacking in the "investigative" aspect of the docu-mess-ary... *loooong sigh*

Peace, blessings and DUNAMIS!
Lisa

P.S. I didn't want to comment on the fact that welfare recipients were wearing hair extensions and walking around with Blackberries! And when Jonathan received the book signed by Obama, he acted like he could care less... *sigh*

Re: CNN’s Black in America 2: Individual Solutions | RaceWire

Hi there!

I have to say that it was a COMPLETE waste of time... what did they present that blacks don't already know??

If Soledad is trying to create a Black People 101 seminar for white viewers then she is doing a mediocre job.
