Why would you want to play in the pro division if you're not a pro-caliber player? PSP didn't ruin the system, they improved upon it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One of the biggest complaints across the spectrum of paintball, is people with more money than skills(which allows them to buy all the best gear, before their experience and ability demands the best gear). The same could be said about tournament teams, not all belonged in the divisions that they were in. With these roster caps, you will now have to earn your spot on the team.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Paintball wants to be recognized as a legitimate sport, but still seems to want to keep it recreational. It's only in the park leagues that everyone gets to play. As you move up the competition ladder in any other sport, skill and ability determines who gets to play, not who is willing to pay the entry fee. If you have it, you will be one of the 96 athletes on a pro roster.
