Exposé, the best Lost episode of six seasons! (I kid, I kid :-D)

It's cliché, but the entire Looking Glass Station storyline, watching Charlie say good-bye to Claire and Turniphead (trying not to let on it was good-bye) and then knocking out Des so he wouldn't follow; figuring out the musical code, and then, of course, Not Penny's Boat. Charlie Pace was always one of my favorite characters and to watch his self-sacrifice still makes tears come to my eyes.

I really like Fuji Sushi on Lee Rd in Winter Park. Really good rolls, great selection and reasonable prices.

These are some of the many reasons I visit Disney World solo. I live in Orlando and have a family, but sometimes I have time on my own to kill and for me, there is no better place than Disney to do it! The reactions from friends when I tell them, though, is always interesting.

I have to say I think it's great (at least from pix--hoping to see it in person in a few weeks). Tron's futuristic tone meshes perfectly with the futuristic feel of the monorail IMHO.

Well I know the potential pitfalls of Disney Transportation. But I also love the lack of stress included with parking your car at the resort and never visiting it again until the end of your trip. Sounds like you made the best of the situation you were in!

I thought Syfy network did a really great new take on Alice with their miniseries a few months ago. As to the new film, I too am a Tim Burton fan (to the chagrin of my hubby who wants nothing to do with his movies) so I have high hopes. I think this new Alice, being older and less prone to curiosity, may disappoint, but I will wait to make judgment until after I see the movie.

This is totally our favorite moderate resort because of its atmostphere. Although it does have some transportation drawbacks, to me they really are not major drawbacks. I also like using the boat service, not only between POFQ and DTD as you mentioned, but also between Riverside & French Quarter. Thanks for balanced review, Glenn :)

I thought it a bit odd the first time, but I noticed the stack of cards the bartender was holding and didn't feel like mine was being singled out for any kind of fraud. It makes sense to me; rather than running the card it's a kind of insurance that you don't walk out without paying your tab, even if you'd prefer to pay in cash at the end of the evening.

Thanks for the review--I've wanted to head to Jellyrolls for a long time but can't seem to talk my hubby into it--I MIGHT feel comfortable enough to go solo now :)

Holding the credit card to run a tab seems to be fairly common here in Orlando; I didn't know it wasn't done elsewhere.
