A ground report from central Florida.....I have seen only 1 Obama yard sign and no Obama car stickers. Romney, Connie Mack, and Marco Peña, signs are everywhere. Romney car stickers are in decent amount but could be more...nitpicking a little. The only people to knock on my door were for Romney and Marco Peña.

Bad News for Obama. The Gallup poll 7 day Rolling Average went from: Yesterday Romney being up 51-45 over Obama to: Today Romney being up 52-45. What that means is that yesterdays single day data(Included in today's rolling average) is better than last wednesday's single day data(Not included in today's rolling average). If not...then the data would have gotten worse.

Based on this....it means that at best the debate did nothing for Obama but likely helped Romney albeit less than the first debate.

Have not been to this site for two years. My posts at the time for some reason were not being shown so I left. But the discussion we were having at the time centered on how many/ few seats the Republicans would pick up in the House. Most on here predicted something around 10-30. I predicted 55.

Now we come to the Presidential election and the consensus on this site is how much Obama will win by. I went to Real Clear politics today and Romney is winning Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida(BIG), Pennsylvania, Virginia, and North Carolina. Romney is behind in Ohio. My prediction today is Romney wins 320 electoral votes.

Now the people on this site 2 years ago were saying the polls showing Republicans winning 50+ house seats were skewed right wing polls. Are these polls showing Romney winning these states mentioned skewed right wing polls as well??

Mitt was not my first choice or second really. But at the time I was not aware of his involvement in the Olympics. Mitt needs to tell this story a little better and more often. It will sell.

Interesting story. I got into a discussion with a guy I know at my local Dog Park. He started that whole Tea Party racist blah blah blah garbage. I think he started believing I shared his view because he whispered and told me the real (n-word)s are Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain.

I have seen only 1 Obama sticker here in Orlando within the last few months. On a new Mercedes??? Cannot count the Romney signs I have seen but maybe a dozen or so. Most of the signs I see here are of Republicans running for state house such as Marco Pena and Renee Plasencia(Coach P).

Yeah this whole Bush thing makes sense to me. Bush was a big spender and his father raised taxes. That is what made them poor Presidents. And Jeb seems to be following suit. Too bad...Jeb was a decent Governor here.

Thanks for the link. Seams to be a "sour grapes" article spinning the recall election. Scott Walker did what he believed he needed to do to shore up the budget deficit. The unions gave him the "opportunity" to allow the people to vote on whether or not they agreed with his approach. He won a large majority on that.

Now I will agree some of the votes were purely against the recall. But the margin of victory was enough to assume the majority agreed with Walkers approach. Some may speculate his so-called "confrontational" way of getting it done was not the best but in the end the people of Wisconsin had their say. And it was WITH Walker.

Tuned into MessNBC strictly for the train wreck factor. Thought Fat Ed was going to cry......BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

But the most notable broadcast was from CNN where they interview one of the losers(forgot his name) supporters. This guy went ballistic...BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

THe only time the drivel on CNN and MESSNBC is entertaining is when THEY lose elections. Looking forward to early November!!!!!

Was speaking with a guy on the golf course yesterday and he tells me Reagan beat Carter because of his debate performances mainly. I was 8 at the time so obviously cannot remember. But if this is true maybe Newt is the better choice because he is outstanding in the debates and would wipe the floor with Obama. Anybody here remember that time and can elaborate on this??
