I agree with everything except the carbon tax. Sorry but that one is total bullshit, I understand their argument and realize that something needs to be done to correct the issue but taxing the private sector is hardly going to offset carbon emissions.

Well I don't disagree with some of your points, but in the US the constitution does not guarantee that the government take care of you, and the government can not make laws to guarantee everyone is treated the same.

Asking the government to leave me alone means just that, do not try to make things fair for everyone with a new law every week. Stick to the constitution and leave me alone. I am fine with those broad set of standards which individual states can use and build off of.

I just see people (like my sister: housing, food, financial aid, WIC, food stamps, you name it she claims it) that want to take everything they can from the government and do not want to work. Is that right? She is an able bodied person that just doesn't want to work. And I know there are millions more out there. I believe if you are truly hurt or elderly then yes the government does owe you a debt to take care of you as per social security, but the system is abused and I have to pay higher taxes to take care of the lazy.

I have three kids and since Obama has been elected I am paying higher taxes. WTF is a carbon tax? Why am I paying a tax on a gas that occurs in nature regardless of whether or not I use my lights at home? The man is spending somewhere in the range of 126 trillion dollars this year!!! I have to pay for that with an over-inflated dollar that barely pays my bills before taxes.

Don't get me wrong, I hated George Bush just as much as the next guy, I didn't vote for the guy and I didn't vote for Obama. I am not a Republican and I am not a Democrat, I am an American. I vote with my brain not with party lines.

I agree with most of what you say, and I wasn't trying to start a fight. Maybe just a discussion. Thanks

Well you pretty much covered it all.

But I can say that the sound has the warmth of an ice pick. And that ice pick stabs me in the eye socket every time the snare hits.

The guitars sound like shit, they have no dynamics and they are way too low in the mix. Well maybe they are fine (considering the way they are recorded) on second thought.

I can't hear the bass at all, but what's new. Metallica has shit on bass players since 87. Why do they even have a bass player?

Some Americans like myself just want the government to leave us alone. Personal responsibility and self sustainability were once treasured American traits. People that want the government to take care of them are slaves to the system. I think the statement is a little overboard but I also see a little truth in it.

I was being a little too sure of myself with that comment. But I do make effects pedals, pretty much whatever you want. I can clone old effects that are not made anymore, and get them pretty close to the original. Email me if you want some more info.
