Likes: Manhattan Beach, owning my own home, puncturing the propaganda of Manhattan Beach Confidential's Cult of the Clueless (COTC). Dislikes: Bitter renters (notice I didn't say "all renters") with sour grapes envy, clueless baboons who continually post nonsense about a topic (Manhattan Beach real estate) that they know nothing about, bloggers whose lives are so cheap and meaningless that they continually obsess over me (oh well, maybe it's therapy for them).
