They didn't want to trash the tradition of Japanese castle architecture, so they called it Aztec instead? The base of many Japanese castles look almost identical to this.

My grandma has been going to random asian stores and buying sushi all the time, often bringing leftovers, I finally learned how to use chopsticks. I had a lot of trouble when I was little with them.
