(note that i'm also somewhat of a watch collector)

Thu, 24 Sep 2015 03:54:23 Huawei

the tradeoffs go like this:

moto:
pros: more customization, cheaper
cons: no amoled, flat tire, cheaper screen covering, plastic backing, weaker heart rate sensor (if that's your thing)

huawei:
pros: amoled screen with higher density (this is actually HUGE because amoleds do not use energy for blacks, making contrast better and energy savings much better for black watchfaces and any watchface while in ambient mode), sapphire crystal (blows gorilla glass out of the park), full screen (no flat tire), better heart rate sensor.

cons: not as much customization, slightly more expensive.

huawei wins by a landslide.

<dc:creator Catalog

this is awful. so much pretentious nonsense, and i'm actually a person who loves to travel and wanted to like the article.

for example, i'll delve into why even her second sentence begins to reveal the steaming pile of horse excrement that this seemingly great topic devolves into.

i'm a huge nerd. i'm also a huge fan of horology. and the facts are this: a rolex, while a needlessly expensive example of a watch, is a masterpiece of engineering on the wrist that can serve a multitude of functions, the least being telling time. a hand-woven bracelet serves absolutely no purpose besides decoration or perhaps sentimental wishy-wash however, and it's such a fanciful skip through a field of proverbial daisies to state that it's intrinsically better than a purpose-built tool that does something incredibly vital.

again, i love to travel but i'd take a rolex over a stupid hand woven bracelet any day because i am intelligent and i don't live with my head up my rear.

decently written but poor execution and even poorer concepts.

<dc:creator
