She wasn't accessing someone's PC, well a Mac, without their permission. She was remotely accessing her Mac, not the thieves, possession being 9/10 tenths of the law not withstanding. She doesn't need anyone's permission to access her own Mac. She, or someone, needs a login and password to use Back to My Mac, also what is needed is a .Mac account.

That wasn't a bad video, pretty well done. Furthermore it was viewable, clean and clear, and full screen. Not at all like that tiny and tinny low res stuff you usually see on the web. A great selling point for Macs, iPhones and class podcasts available at the iTunes Store
