I think Blaine should be commended for this. Long lines, especially when you're without power and Internet access, are tedious. I think David would be welcome in just about any situation.

Growing up, David Copperfield and James Bond were pretty much the same thing in my mind. Still are, now that I think about it.

I was very impressed by Angel's facility. From the soundstage, to the workshop and editing suites, it's like a full-on movie studio.

I've seen a lot of Internet production, I never saw someone go as far as he has with camera jibs and live television production shooting set-ups.

I think there's progress there. Heck, my visit there was because I was asked by the Chinese government to lecture on creativity.

The biggest problem they face beyond human rights is the intense amount of corruption. It's colossal and has the weight of the state behind it. Most of the "mass incidents", Chinese government code for "protest" are over government corruption.

Every company has a government bureaucrat sitting on the board. The richest people in China are family members of politicians. Not some like the US, almost all of them.
