If you have a medical condition that makes it impossible for you to wear a mask, then you have a medical condition that puts you at high risk of dying if you caught C19. In this case you need to self-isolate for your own protection. Otherwise, if you are just someone using the “medical condition” excuse because you don’t want to wear a mask- if you don’t like masks, boy you are going to hate a ventilator...

Here's a suggestion- if a customer refuses to hand over any information required to sign up for your store whatever, stop. Continue their transaction and check them out. If 'corporate' want's to know why so few people are signing up, be truthful and tell them that customers do not want to surrender certain information required to complete the process.
