It depends. If you're from North America, you won't be able to make an account in Aika NA (gPotato site). If you're from outside North America then you should be able to make an account in the Aika Global site.

In terms of character customisation, Perfect World beats this game. In other cases, it's almost the same (since it was also developed by Perfect World Co., Ltd.)

I was able to find mine by going logging in as root and opening /usr/share/themes/elementary/gtk.2.0 and changing the gtkrc file from "Apps/panel.rc" to "Apps/panel-dark.rc"

I hope this helps the others who are looking for it.
