Yeh, that is a great point with allowing people to experience part of the of the roles to see if it is a good fit.

Re: Employees leave managers, not companies

Hi Melanie,

Thanks for the comment and your insight. What is the link to your article? I would love to read it.

Re: Mobile Payments in Australia – CBA Kaching

Hi James, thanks very much for reading my article and leaving your comment addressing some of the points I raise.

1) I completely understand the rationality between keeping the linked cards only CBA cards. I just think it would be nice to have all your cards linked :p
2) Having read a lot of the comments and feedback online I think having an android app would have worked potentially as a customer acquisition tool as people seem to be willing to almost switch banks to use Kaching. I know android is on the table at CBA so this isn't really an issue.
3) To my understanding with Kaching you can transfer funds peer to peer straight into someone's bank account as long as they have a bank account linked to Kaching. If the receiever is with another bank they will need to go to www.commbank.com/collect to claim their money.
Yeh PayPal is restricted in a way as well however the money in a PayPal account is more accessible than having to go to the www.commbank.com/collect to claim your money. That's the reasoning for perhaps someone linking a prepaid card that could be instantly used.

With all this being said I think Kaching is great innovation for Australian banking and I look forward to seeing more from CBA.

What role did you have at CBA? What are you doing now?

Re: Freelancer.com named Online Business Award winner at Anthill’s 2010 Cool Company Awards

Freelancer.com Rocks!!!!.....great site and awesome team

Re: Business to Business SEO: The Key is in the Copy

uykuy

Re: Paper Stock : It’s All About Paper – Episode #008

never realised there were so many decisions to be made about paper...

Re: Unique Selling Point Will Help You Stand Out – Episode #007

great video about USP. really important

Re: Speaking Engagements : Have Multiple Income Streams – Episode #006

lots of different ways to create other income streams

Re: Book Titles That Will Grab You By The Balls (Eye balls) – Episode #005

the first blue couch episode. wow. looking forward to more

Re: Write A Book – Episode #004

another great episode Dale...keep up the good work

Re: Book Printing : What is the best way to organize your print runs? – Episode #003

great episode about on demand printing

Re: How To Write A Book Part 2 – Episode #002

Great Video.
