Thanks as always for this Si, I totally get what you are saying about gratitude & appreciation, when I think about them in terms of motion gratitude is leaning forward whereas appreciation is leaning back, not sure if this will make any sense to you either, sometimes it;s challenging to describe the intangible adequately, but as usual you get it spot on :)

I think you two guys are a shining example to the youth of today! Thank you both for supporting & encouraging people with your insightful thoughts. I think that the term Conscious Eating is a better umbrella for us to fall under, as although we aim for a high raw, unadulterated diet, adding small amounts of unrefined, unprocessed cooked foods, is not throwing the baby out with the bath water! Thank you both for devoting so much positive energy to get the message out out of how important what you eat is to your overall well-being.

It's funny to think when I read this over a year ago I couldn't even imagine the concept of eating raw food, now I find myself embarking on a journey of raw eating (Thanks to Leslie Kenton!) It's amazing how life turns out lol!

I use a crystal deodorant as opposed to a normal one, which works a treat, I combine with coconut oil sometimes also!

Have you tried Holosync?
I really enjoy using it as a tool to aid my meditation.
So happy to have found your blog it is really inspirational - you use the same techniques as I do EFT & Releasing. Glad to see they are working for you too!
