I definitely don't have it down! I'm just saying I think the secret lies in not knowing, rather than pretending to know. (Actually knowing is not an option. Eg; no one really know what happens when you die.)

Re: The Times They Are a-Changin'

Thank you, I wish people appreciated it more. I found it interesting, it sounds like you think like I do. I think I may have come off a little too confident in my blog. I'm always trying to figure this stuff out! haha, I wrote a whole album regarding it! 'Who Are You Now?' The 'now' in that question is crucial...people change...

...kind of. Try wrapping your head around that for a moment. I think it was Limbeck who had a lyric along the lines of "People don't change." I think there's a truth to that too!

Re: The Times They Are a-Changin'

Glad to hear! At The Disco, I hope you mean on iTunes. If you love these bands, you are doing them a disservice by downloading their records illegally. Just because a band seems like they are selling lots of records, doesn't mean they are. All 3 of those bands have had much lower record sales than they have experienced in the past...that's discouraging enough for many bands to call it quits.

Re: I like being a human.

Great answer.

Re: Acceptance - Phantoms

If you're talking within the first couple of months of it's release, it doesn't make too much difference. It really comes down to overall sales over the life-span of the record cycle, which is a fancy way of saying the time spanning from the release date to when it comes time for the artist to record again. I like buying records at shows, they are cheaper and it's encouraging for a band to play a show and sell a bunch of CD's.

Re: Oh word? - 1

Liking this one, Big Daddy!

Re: Dan Young's Blog

Thanks.
