I actually think it's kind of an awesome idea -- it's just too bad that people who want to play these songs will do so in a knockoff game instead of one of the well-designed ones!

I still feel that Stryper is a must.

I am all for this. It's like the commentary track on a DVD release! Which is appropriate since this is the third (?) version of this game so far.

I'm (obviously) a very big fan of N+. It feels like a very simple game in what should be a crowded genre, but for some reason I can't think of any other hardcore platformers like that. It's pure platforming.

edit: Also I think Snoopy DS, like Square Enix's casual lineup in general, is pretty interesting.

I felt the same way at first, but then I thought that well, pretty much everything is easier to pick up than God Hand -- not necessarily easier. And as upset as I was at first about this not being a God Hand clone, the freshness of the gameplay was one of the things I liked best about that game, so I'm happy to let Platinum (even though it's Nishikawa's game this time, and not Mikami's) have another go at a new style.
