Transparency, as it is with most aspects of the social media world, is integral to being able to operate as a PR professional within the Wikipedia space.  Having directly experienced an interaction with Wikipedia myself on behalf of my client, I will admit it doesn't necessarily feel very "PR friendly" but it is navigable.
