You might still be prevented from being called by a less refined term for poop. This would mean Obama's team has some tolerance for poop, which is necessary if one wants to get elected.

Meanwhile AT&T won't let me register as ADSLA because it has "DSL" in it and those letters are against their policy. So I have to register there as Donald Trump. My apologies, Mr. Trump, if this is a problem for you, please buy AT&T and fix it.

Re: Uh Oh, There’s that Pesky 'You-Can-Spam' Act Again

Sanford Wallace had to pay $711 to Facebook? Is that a typo? How many cans of spam can you buy for $711?

Re: Web 2.0: The Jackass’s Bullhorn

Today I am reminded of the notable comment about your column that said, "Your e-mail is the focus. This column is the farting noise you hear in the background." That was written by Ken Magill and was the nicest of several descriptions you suggested. So "Name" implied you were lazy and thought your choice of topics was pathetic. So what? You're not becoming a softie are you? All the letters to the editor of my daily paper are much stronger than that and doesn't even come close to the names you call yourself. Respond to the ones where the writers either were mentioned in the original article, have status in the DM industry, or make a convincing case. You have done that before and were not merely funny but informative.

Re: Stupid ESP Watch: The Big Lie

So then whether the ESP has a clean rep or gets blocked affects their deliverability rates. That is not a big lie but a valid selling point. Who wants to share an ESP with spammers? That's like sharing dirty needles.

Re: Dissecting a Pitch that Smells

We're in rural California, which as you probably know is not in Chicago. We are so rural, the post office doesn't deliver mail out here, even on rural routes. We have to go to the post office to pick it up. If people send mail to our street address, it gets returned to sender. We are one of those legitimate firms with a PO Box only. It's either that or UPS.

Perhaps their sample data exists to show you what a record would look like it if were real, rather than giving out actual names. Maybe, just sayin', When data firms offer me sample client reports, they do that.

Not that I'd shop at BuyEmailData.com. I'm sure my domain would get banned for life if I sent out that junk.

Re: Anti-Spammer Loses More than His Lawsuit

Both sides are wrong here, the serial litigant as well as Virtumundo physicially seizing the guy's furniture.
