yea, id say you could spend like 2 days on each chapter...1 day maybe read and takes notes on the chapter, then the day after that work all the M.C. then only go over the ones you got wrong the day b4 the exam. if you study the really main points in each chapter then you should be able to pass!

i think i got those down pat! i was referring to the variable overhad and fixed overhead variances, like the budget and volume variances. it is confusing as hell

Is there any way to prepare effectively for the IT portion? This is the part I am really nervous about since I am not that great with computers. I am reading over the Addendum and Glossary but am not sure how technical the exam will be.

Im taking BEC thursday...In general, have people found BEC to be harder or easier than REG? I took Reg one month ago and am pretty sure I failed even with a significant amount of study time. Also, if it means anything, I am using Becker.

what is the difference between getting the aicpa scores and nasba scores? i know the nasba scores are online but if aicpa scores come out today does that mean i can find out my score?

Hi HB,
If you wouldn't mind telling me...what were your study strategies when using Wiley with Becker? And did you focus more on practicing the MC in Becker or reading through the text? Also, how long did you prepare? I started my Becker class July 20th and am taking BEC August 20th so I am nervous this night not be enough time...I am doing B4 now. Thank you for your help! You sounded confident so i wanted your advice

LB, I am in the same exact situation as you. I took REG 7/20, and after putting in the time per week and review Becker recommended, I still felt beaten down. It sucks especially when you go to every Becker class and do every HW problem and simulation. I am now in the BEC class and definitely am having a hard time picking myself up and moving on. But I like what Robin said too- each part is going to be different and I think the worst is that I retake it. I just hope you know a lot of people have felt the same about Reg this quarter - so it cannot be 100% us slacking!

What are the Becker website updates? I am taking BEC in August...do i need to get them?? and how would i do that?
