As someone who is going through this... as in someone I know falsely cried sexual assault against a family member... yeah, it's F'd up. Once the lie is made- it's like no turning back. It just keeps spinning out of control and they have to create other lies just to keep up. It's very damaging to everyone involved. Trust me on that.

well... that's one way to look at...

i just think it's terribly horrible that a school district (who essentially are higher ups that don't always know what is going on) is taking away teachers and classes from our younger generation. it's not just students- it's our children who should want to learn whatever they want to learn, by whoever are able to teach them so that in years to come they can pass down that knowledge to generations even younger than them.... get it?!!?

teachers and kids who want to learn make a difference.

i'm sorry i know it's tragic... but did you HAVE to attach that picture to this article. i'm gonna go to hell for that comment i know, but still.... my coffee came back up.

--- on another note- the ARD program is good, however, does have its flaws. For instance you can have someone in it who is just over the percentage and someone else who is in for way over the limit plus having drugs on them and causing an accident. seems to me like they need some levels (for lack of a better word)
