They then got beat by the Jags.' Not that New England got beat by the Jags.

Re: Box Office: The $400 Million Club Infographic

That was my thought too, was that they pulled that off 30 years ago on half the screens. Really says something.

Re: Passes For /Film Readers To a Free Screening of District 9 in Washington DC Tonight

I was one of the lucky ones to get the passes to the screening (that's /Film!!!), but I waited until this morning to post my thoughts because I wanted to think about the movie a bit. As someone said, the theater was full by 6:50 andand my wife and I also had to sit in the very front (we got there at 6:30) because it was a very small theater with roughly half of the stadium seating reserved for press. But that's not all that important so:

The movie was not at all what I expected going in, which is why I needed to digest it overnight. I went in expecting a fun movie about aliens on Earth and instead saw a documentary style social commentary. Now before anyone gets the wrong idea, it is an awesome movie that is wonderfully done in all aspects of the film, I simply was not expecting to come out thinking about what the movie was saying and not talking about how awesome that alien tech was (which is was by the way). I really don't want to go into to much detail simply because it might dilute the experience for someone else, so I'll just say that: it's a great movie, and I highly recommend it to anyone that likes sci fi, there's a strong message behind the movie which serves to make you feel for the characters, and for anyone that simply likes to see things go boom there's a good bit of that too.

Re: Instant User Stinger Wall

PUBLIC ENEMIES

There's no stingers for this movie during/after the credits.
