In my 30s with pigmentation/fine lines. Dry. No acne. Regular acid user. Not particularly sensitive skin.
I was just about to purchase Differin and/or Tretinoin for the first time. Never used either before (only Luna for Vit A product). Confused about the difference between the two -other than Adapalene is less harsh and more "stable" so permits day use. Would both be beneficial for me (obvs not simultaneously) or is it one or the other? If so, which one would be better in my case?? You are the queen. 🙌🏼 Thank you in advance for your assistance. ~ Melody

Re: Positive Post Tuesday

Bryan - Hi. Found you from Brody's PPT. I thought this was great! Thanks so much for sharing it. I had never thought of "it" that way. I love the garbage truck analogy. It really helps one grasp the yick of that. When you have such a vivd image it makes perfect sense. Of course, we wouldn't hold onto piles of stinky, filthy garbage from someone else. Then, lug it around all day with us and commence to dumping it out all over our loved ones. Yet, that is exactly what we're often so quick to do with all that emotional, verbal, mental, or spiritual "garbage" we come in contact with throughout our days. Really excellent stuff here. Thanks again.
Btw - "Corrections are welcome, but may be ignored..." funny. lol

God Bless you and your fam - Melody Milbrandt
