I think the entire family should be sent back and as a condition to applying LEGALLY for US citizenship, be made to pay back every dime they took/stolen in public assist. and public education. As far as the thought illegals do not get public asst./welfare, she attended our schools somehow (work visas have a time limit and schools check this). Did she do it on a stolen SSN? If so, jail time should also be applied. I will tell you, its because too few are set aside just for achievement/merit, too many are earmarked solely for minorities. I had an almost perfect A+ gpa (I only got a A in a single class). I qualified for $1500 off of a $25000 education loan. They are penalized because of people like this girl, they are carrying the burden of welfare programs/ illegals etc. They could not afford to sent this spoiled trailer trash to school. In regards to your "join the military" I had to do exactly that to pay for my education (I wonder how you would handle combat and I wonder how you paid/or paying for your education?) Our federal government also reimburses the school for each student. For a non special needs, average is 5400 per student. This comes from our federal taxes.
